Just a note to thank you from the bottom of my heart and tell you what a success our congregational Seder was last night, thanks to Local Hero Catering, and thanks to you personally. You worked with our very tight budget and produced a delicious Passover meal. Many attendees remarked to me about how wonderful they found the matzoh ball soup and the potato kugel in particular. The chicken in apricot sauce was fantastic and the Passover cookies and brownies for Dessert were out of this world!

Moreover, your personal guidance and calm demeanor helped a first-time Seder chairman pull off a flawless event. Your kitchen staff and accommodators were right on top of things at all times.
